The imprest amount covers the following expenses (billed on actual). Students must maintain a minimum balance of ₹ 5,000 at all times.
Term 1 due by 10th April. Term 2 due by 10th August. Fees paid through School ERP App only.
Rs. 100/day fine from due date. If outstanding exceeds 30 days, student removed from School Roll.
90 days written notice required. Failing which, 3 months' fees will be charged.
Non-interest bearing, refundable upon leaving after clearance of all dues (within 30 days).
• Fees charged for 12 calendar months (April - March) irrespective of date of admission.
• Rs 1,000 fine for dishonoured cheques; only online transfers/cash accepted thereafter.
• Basic in-house medical expenses included. External hospital/doctor expenses borne by parents.
• Minimum imprest balance of ₹ 5,000 must be maintained at all times.
• Alumni Member & TC charge of Rs. 500 each at the time of withdrawal.
• School reserves the right to review fees periodically.
• All disputes subject to courts in Dehradun district.

The school's signed 2027-28 fee schedule lists boarding, lodging and tuition at Rs 1,50,000 per term for Grades 3 to 8 and Rs 1,55,000 for Grades 9 to 10, across two terms. Grades 11 to 12 pay Rs 1,60,000 for Term 1 and Rs 1,65,000 for Term 2.
One-time charges total Rs 90,000 for all boarding grades: a Registration Fee of Rs 10,000 (non-refundable), an Admission Fee of Rs 60,000 (non-refundable), and a Security Fee of Rs 20,000 (refundable). These apply in the first year only.
The estimated first-year total is Rs 4,25,000 for Grades 3 to 8, Rs 4,35,000 for Grades 9 to 10, and Rs 4,50,000 for Grades 11 to 12. This combines one-time charges of Rs 90,000, both terms and the annual Imprest of Rs 35,000. Subsequent years exclude the one-time charges.
Boarding at Doon Global School is available from Grade 3 upwards, through to Grade 12.
The quoted boarding fee does not include books, uniform, transport or personal expenses. The Imprest of Rs 35,000 per year covers books, uniform and similar items and is billed on actual usage.
