Admission at Doon Global School follows six steps: online registration or inquiry, submission of documents, an age-appropriate entrance assessment, a personal interaction with the Principal, admission confirmation with fee payment, and an orientation session before the academic year begins. Yes. Students applying for Grade I and above sit an age-appropriate entrance assessment of about an hour, in English, Mathematics and Science, with a short section on reasoning. It is used to place a child in the right class and to plan support, and what it shows is shared with parents in growth bands rather than as marks. After the assessment, parents and the student are invited for a personal interaction with the Principal.

Admissions are open from Nursery through Grade XII. Boarding is for boys, from Grade 3 onwards. Seats are limited and early registration is recommended.

Yes. Doon Global School is a co-educational day school from Nursery to Grade XII, with a boarding house for boys from Grade 3 upwards. Day scholar and boarding fee structures are published separately. Our day cum boarding school guide explains how the two options share one campus and curriculum.

Yes. Doon Global School offers four senior secondary streams: Science with PCM, Science with PCB, Commerce, and Humanities. Students select their stream at the point of admission to Grade 11.

Prepare the completed application form with photographs, birth certificate, previous report card, transfer certificate and medical fitness certificate, plus any applicable caste or special-needs documentation. Admissions will confirm accepted identity and address documents. Aadhaar may be supplied voluntarily, but admission cannot be denied solely because it is unavailable. The Registration Fee and the Admission Fee are non-refundable. The Security Fee is refundable. For boarding students the Security Fee is Rs 20,000. Please contact the accounts office for the refund procedure applicable to your case.

Scholarships or concessions may be available subject to the current written policy and approval. Ask admissions or accounts to confirm eligibility, the fee component covered, value, duration, renewal conditions and exclusions.

Following a successful assessment and the interaction with the Principal, an admission offer letter is issued. Parents confirm the admission by completing the fee payment within the stipulated time frame to secure the seat. Newly admitted families are then invited to an orientation session.
